The maximum shooting duration of the delivered raw video material is 60 minutes, and varies depending on aspects such as:
• The resolution and the frames per second (fps) with which the video is filmed;
• The total distance of the drone during the flight, both horizontally and vertically;
• Weather conditions at the time of filming (temperature and wind speed);
• Other aspects.

Example: For filming at 4K resolution @ 30 fps, covering the surface of a guesthouse/villa from multiple angles and positions, with varied movements, at a temperature of about 25 degrees C, with no wind or light wind, raw footage can be shot with a duration of approximately 40 minutes.

Important: If raw aerial drone footage with a shorter duration than the one mentioned in the packages is desired, the rate is the one mentioned for that package, whether it is a 5 minute or 30-60 minutes (according to packages) raw footage. In order to have enough usable frames in the final processed film, it is necessary and we recommend raw footage with a minimum duration of 20 minutes/project.

The maximum number of raw photos that can be captured is 120, and varies depending on aspects such as:
• Photo resolution;
• The total distance of the drone during the flight, both horizontally and vertically;
• The weather conditions at the time of the flight (temperature and wind speed);
• Other aspects.

Example: For photos at a resolution of 20 Mpx, covering the surface of a guesthouse/villa from multiple angles and positions, at a temperature of about 25 degrees C, with no wind or with little wind, about 60 raw photos can be captured.

Important: If a smaller number of raw aerial drone photos is desired, than what is stated in the packages, the rate is as stated for that package, whether it is 5 photos or up to 120 photos (depending on the packages). In order to have enough usable photos for the final processed material, a minimum of 30 raw photos/project is required and recommended.

The delivery of the photo-video material is done online via a download link.
Upon request and on a case-by-case basis, the photo-video material can also be delivered on the client’s flash drive or HDD.

The duration of the photo-video services included in the aerial drone filming and photography packages is a maximum of 4 hours at each location.
The maximum 60 minutes of raw footage or 120 raw photos are divided over the maximum 4 hours of our team’s presence on location.
If more than 4 hours are desired or required, the additional cost is €50 + VAT for each additional hour of the team on location.
The additional cost is rounded up to the hour, regardless of whether 10, 20 to 60 additional minutes are required.

We travel to any location in Romania, the base/starting point being the municipality of Ploiești.
Travel costs are NOT included in the aerial drone filming and photography packages, they are charged separately.
The fare for travel is 0.2 € + VAT for each km and is applied for the distance from Ploiești to a location + the distance from the location back to Ploiești.
If it is necessary to provide photo-video services in several locations, and time permits to do them on the same day, the distance between the locations will also be added.
In the event that the total travel time + providing photo-video services exceeds 8 hours, we will request accommodation costs in the area of the location where the photo-video services will be provided.

The drone cannot fly in adverse weather conditions such as: fog, snow, rain, strong wind, etc.
Also, it is not allowed for the drone to fly in areas restricted by certain state institutions or in any other conditions that the drone operator/pilot considers unsafe or poses a risk to equipment, people, the environment, etc.

We reserve the right and have the legal obligation to refuse certain flights that do not meet the legal conditions of flight or that cannot be operated safely.
If the team travels to a location and finds that the drone cannot fly for reasons exemplified above or other, the costs of travel to and from the location will be borne by the client.
